Hello all,I recently transitioned from finance to real estate, am looking for deals to fund and my question is two-fold:1) Investors - for those of you funding your investment properties with hard money, where / how are you identifying your funding sources and what are the most important criteria in arranging your financing?

It's all about the team you have in place, in my opinion a true turnkey rental is one where the provider purchased the property with their own money, did the renovation and own the property management company on the back end.

Where do I locate hard money lenders in the state of Arkansas or near by and would experience be a huge problem when it comes to creating the partnership?
