To this day 2 years later, I have never heard another peep from KW.In the onboarding, they pushed HARD for me to attend their "Ignite" program, which turned out to be a full day sales pitch for their $800 "Bold" training program. 

I would start by talking with her about these numbers and how she intends to pay this off and minimize the expenses going further.

Maintainnce would be minimal as its just raw land. 

I want to be smart with the minimal cash that I have and make sure that I am buying a great deal to protect myself.

My current units have hook-ups (tenants provide their own machines), but they are in the basement where leaks would do minimal damage.
