Keep in mind allocation of income and distributions must be made prorata according to equity ownership if an S election is made....otherwise you bust the S Corp and revert to C Corp.

Bankruptcy court has said they have no assets for unsecured claims.And they got another 1/3 when the project started, first day.This was an old established company but a few years ago the owner retired and sold it to a man that has a sales, but not a construction, background. 

It's no longer made (no wonder I can't find it) as far as I can tell.I'll have to find a "close enough" size and just put it on even if it's different.

For example, if I borrowed $10,000 this year, made payments each month until 2019, can I use a distribution in 2019 to repay the remaining balance on the loan?

so predicting a crash on the peninsula has been great sport now for the last 4 decades.. the biggest crash happened in SF in 89 to 92 prices did crash some then.. but then made new highs by mid to late 90s.. and now with TEch fully entrenched you have a world class city with no peer.. prices are taking a breather ..

It still sounds like that equity is better made for use in more real estate.

Also, I made sure it had a two stall garage and and fenced in back yard.In my limited experience it seems like more people than not have pets and having a fenced in yard is a must for them when looking for rental properties so something to keep in consideration.
