Haven't seen a major impact yet & Zillow has been around for over 10 years.

Initially we went with this product and signed-up/paid for 12 months.  

Does anyone have a better insight that's not coming from someone that is trying to up sale a product? 

we ourselves did the majority of the work with a few helpers, and I think it came out great!   

To me, saying "use an LLC" means almost nothing because we already know that an LLC works the majority of the time.

Wherever you decide just have to consider if they are a seasonal place (Panama city beach) or an area with a constant flow of traffic due to events, population, conferences, major airport etc etc

@Brian Burke was this a white label product or did you guys hire developers and have it custom made?

I will put the excess cash in a safe product (CD, Money Market account, etc.), so you don’t risk your funds and can access them when you find your next property. 2.

Since I've got my service business, I don't mind all of this productive, yet unpaid effort. 

I have keyword alerts for all the major cities in my area and it allows me to see all the conversations going on in my community.
