Multifamily owners in Boston hit hard by new tax bills (Link to Boston Globe Article)I have two main questions I am interested in.  1) Are other hotter markets seeing this type of increase?  

Depending on what area and price point your looking I may be able to assist as my main business in wholesaling in the philadelphia area.

My main area of interest is in SF investing in Collin County and northern Dallas County.

How close to market value would be worth it since I'm mainly interested in cash flow?

Just as clarification, I, as the owner, am not occupying the main house, the main house is being rented to good tenants, and I would like to also rent out the in-law suite, which is a really nice little 2/1. 

@Arlan Potter - the sales tax exemption is also used for components used in assembly.

My main beef was the companies I was talking to (several national brands) require you to have your auto insurance and/or primary with them as well and they require you to carry max type insurance which cost more.
