In light of that, I wanted to write a post and say that with all the fiasco of Obamacare, we are putting the project on hold.Though we've had interest from physicians, and medical groups for preliminary information, and we still believe medical space will be a good investment, now is not the time to do it, in my opinion.

I've never used them for postcards, but I just used them for Business Cards and they did a great job and were the lowest price I could find.Also, if you have a great color printer you could always buy cardstock from OfficeMax and print your own.

This thread made me think about it in a different light since Kyle and his father are going to partner, so I was interested in your view from a business perspective since you have been successful in real estate, which is why I said hypothetically speaking, would you JV or just make the loan if it was your kid?
