Rent/eviction/foreclosure moratorium, which we don't have a set date when our landlord friendly politicians will lift the ban.

Leverage can be the key when a rising tide lifts all boats..unless your boat has a leak.

If necessary I will take the next steps once the stay is lifted. 

Whether it helps....prolly not.Just get ready to evict once the ban is lifted....that's what I am doing.

I did not buy the house with the intent to rent so i purchases it at retail and over the 4 years I lived there I put about $15k into it. the house is about 120 years old and will need and entire interior face lift in 1-2 years. 

In a real estate transaction, all representations must be in writing and verbal representations carry no weight.

Around here, a 30 yard rolloff is about $400 as long as the weight isn't over 10,000lbs.

If the tax returns are from a different job, they don't hold nearly as much weight as they do from someone who has ran a business and their tax returns show exactly how well the BUSINESS has, can and should do.
