You could go to the magistrate to declare the place abandoned if you feel that's necessary.If you are only doing cleanout and demo during the quiet title actin period, there is plenty of time to go to the magistrate and have it declared abandoned. 4.

If you feel strongly in the appreciation and you have a clear path to positive free cash flow, I would be very tempted to hold in my portfolio.

I feel bad for the tenant but them wanting the convenience of having the broker handle it is going to cost them $10K in extra rent.Thanks again for your advice here!
