Hey guys just joined BP! Excited to learn and really dive in. Been reading and listening to as many books as I can. Would love to hear any beginner advice! 

Completely new to the world of Real Estate Investing and hoping to meet like-minded people and make great connections. Im looking to learn as much as I possibly can this year to hopefully move on to making my first move.
