All the ones I find want me to join their email list or website so I do, and I have only seen 1 property from the 5-6 so called "wholesalers" in my area.Really,, I wanted to go through the process of finding a home just for the experience of going through the entire process.

I have been reading and going to seminars for about a year but to join is very expensive .I am very interested in meeting and net working with investor .

I also joined BP in 2015 and was part of my success.

I have lived in Jacksonville since 99 when I came here after joining the Navy. put down my roots here had a family and tried to make a living the conventional way, however that hasn't worked out for me, so after all the ways I have tried to make money it seems like real Estate is the way to go for me.

Plus once licenced you  then  have the option to find  and join the office of a good broker/investor, who can mentor you.
