I'm very excited, but also quite nervous.

Other situations I consider to be less problematic are moves due to needing more space (pregnant and needing another bedroom for the newborn), and due to condition of the house they are in (although these might also be a problem to watch for, but things like mold, fire, insects, broken down heating system - they may make a house unlivable, just have to watch that the tenant isn't the cause of these issues).But for the most part, people don't want to move around the holidays, and that starts in this country around Thanksgiving.

I am super nervous but have been doing my homework and have found an agent that understands my REI plans and goals is helping us find a single family home that could also become a potential rental that will cash flow well.

Feeling excited and nervous at the same time.Reading the 'Ultimate Beginners Guide' was very helpful - I have learned many things from the website and most important is having a Mentor which I need to find. 

I am also looking to learn so i can grow my business i have closed a deal yet i just jumped into it this week a little nervous but i do know that if i didnt take the jump i would procrastinate.

So meandering around Michigan and looking at/for deals makes me nervous.
