We use Lily Ann RTA cabinets in our rentals, cost effective solution and good looking cabinets.

I'd sit down with her and your wife and see if you can come up with a workable solution for her.  

Zillow was nice because it was free and provided the basic data we needed, but it looks like there are some other paid solutions that can provide additional owner information and data that can be beneficial to our users.  

He is the professional you hired to take on this responsibility to find solutions to your problems.

If a tenant makes a personal purchase that requires additional storage outside of the lease agreement, then it is the tenant's responsibility to find an alternate solution. 

We will always work for solutions not involving the courts, since eviction filings are expensive and time consuming and not good for anyone.
