Unless you're intentionally trying to hit that niche and get that ghost hunting crowd then no, it seems bizarre to me to even consider it. 

we have this happen a few times a year since my parents were bene's on literally thousands of deeds of trust . and have both passed title company hunts me and my brother down for releases.

It certainly doesn't look like a hunting cabin. 

Like fishing and hunting lodges in the boonies.

THose I assume though are legal, I expect you need special policies for guns in your aggreement in some regions especially if you have say a hunting cabin etc.
