Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $210,000

First home ever. I was able to acquire it with $0 down with my VA loan. I then house-hacked for a year before it became a full-time rental

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I became eligible for the VA Home loan and needed a push to begin my RE investment journey

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I got assistance from a RE agent and it took about 4 months of house hunting and 2 from initial offer to closing

How did you finance this deal?

VA Home Loan

How did you add value to the deal?

This was originally a 2 bed/ 2.5bath with an open office. I turned the office into a 3rd bedroom and got another roommate
