(the buyer has sent out a deal sheet with a binder & they everyone is waiting on me to green light my attorney) My partner says he does not want to be a part of any development or renovation project, no matter how much more we could potentially make, that his risk tolerance is different than mine having a wife and 3 kids to provide for.
