I understand it is very important to learn as much as you can about your potential tenants, but you want to make sure to not cross a line.I'm not too sure of the legality of the situation, but to stay on the safe side I would never recommend asking someone about another person's credit report.

I could see neighbor dogs, cats, and other animals doing the same from a neighbors yard to my yard, through the common platform.I am wondering is there anything I can put down on my seawall to stop animals from crossing over?

For the sake of brevity, if that bridge hasn’t already been crossed here, suffice it to say a good attorney in this scenario can hold them off and have them chasing their tail legally until they give up...

If I was determined to buy on that side of town, I would look for areas patrolled by Cheviot PD, Delhi PD, Green Township PD or even the Hamilton County Sheriff (although Sheriff's departments are notorious for delayed response times due to large service areas/few deputies).DL
