hey think of it like this every home that makes it to the auction steps is a home you could have made a deal with the owner because it is the owners house til the day of the auction for tbe 100 grand you have you could get 10 homes by catching up the late payments taking title in your name and leaving the loan in their name it just taked communication with the bank and the person you are making a deal with.
