If the damage is already done then in a funny kind of way termites could be a better outcome particularly if it was done many years ago.

@Michael Plaks  I do other aspects that put me in the business not to worry.. and I have been audited 3 times in the last 10 years and no issues.its funny what they pick.1. was for buying gozone houses in MS  passed that one in 30 minutes  2. and I think most of us airplane owners get audited .. how much was plane used for business etc.

Wear a name badge with your name on it and a photo. 

The funny part is, the next two tenants we rented to, destroyed the house, and were by far the worst tenants we've ever experienced in any of our properties.

I just hope its not even close to a 4 year process like another thread on the BP forum :)Funny though their attorney was picking my brain about what it looked like inside.  

I learned all of these things by working closely with my mentor.It’s funny to see those who didn’t invest in themselves because they wanted to save their capital for their first deal being in the same position that they were in 3 years ago (still deal-less), while others have given up and dropped out of the industry completely.

@Steve Vaughan - That's funny, just the other day I was talking with another BP member about his book 'Pitch Anything' - I liked some of the concepts better than the presentation.

It's funny though, because the exact same story and replace 'homeowner' with 'copper thief' and the police's actions were suddenly lawful.
