@Michael Plaks I do other aspects that put me in the business not to worry.. and I have been audited 3 times in the last 10 years and no issues.its funny what they pick.1. was for buying gozone houses in MS passed that one in 30 minutes 2. and I think most of us airplane owners get audited .. how much was plane used for business etc.

I learned all of these things by working closely with my mentor.It’s funny to see those who didn’t invest in themselves because they wanted to save their capital for their first deal being in the same position that they were in 3 years ago (still deal-less), while others have given up and dropped out of the industry completely.
