Glad you got somewhat the same answers, albeit vague with some scenarios (and geez -- the BRE has you wait forever on the phone so if anyone knows a direct line then I'd love that number :)).

The reason why I'm doing this is because the plumber will be out of town all next week and I can't have him holding up the renovation.The electric guy is so slow it's taking forever to put in light fixtures, outlets, and switches.

If companies made forever products they would be out of business, hence why we have decome a disposable society.

I don't know why that's the case, if it's a matter of competition, people have been doing it in those markets forever, etc. but it kind of "is what it is".  

Retiring forever, requires unlimited funds.

What is more confusing is if the forbearance flag gets removed at the end of the period, or is it on there forever?
