This is why I have considered purchasing a truck.

I've been a truck driver for over 13 years and am looking at getting into rental properties as a way out of the trucking lifestyle.With my current schedule having me gone all week, I'm thinking I'll have to start out with large multifamily investments in order to supplement my income.

Biggest problem we have is when tenants dump food waste & the trash can is immediately overrun with maggots by the time the trash is picked up. 

I don't have much to move, but I will still need to rent a small truck which can be costly (in my experience) when you add in all their xyzpayme fees.Year 4:This year I plan to be employed full time, but I don't plan to purchase my own property yet.

When he goes out driving around looking at potential rental purchases it would make more sense to have a business so it can be written off (mileage/food, internet, computer, and other expenses) if he is looking to grow rental portfolio but isn't buying an SFR monthly.

Then ask for affordable housing (if that exists) and see if there's any grant monies available.That should be enough food for thought to help you take action!

@Guy Yoes  how would the trailer block the view any more than a truck parked in the driveway.
