I've been a truck driver for over 13 years and am looking at getting into rental properties as a way out of the trucking lifestyle.With my current schedule having me gone all week, I'm thinking I'll have to start out with large multifamily investments in order to supplement my income.

Biggest problem we have is when tenants dump food waste & the trash can is immediately overrun with maggots by the time the trash is picked up.

When he goes out driving around looking at potential rental purchases it would make more sense to have a business so it can be written off (mileage/food, internet, computer, and other expenses) if he is looking to grow rental portfolio but isn't buying an SFR monthly.

@Guy Yoes  how would the trailer block the view any more than a truck parked in the driveway.
