=)$350 is a fine place to start if you are COMMITTED to a minimum of 5 to 7 repeated mailings to your list.

You really need to dig into the fine print to know each deal.  

Sometimes a fine like depending on the deal; but this is where practice will be critical to your success!

READ THE FINE PRINT.Even when I was self-employed (back "working for the man" right now) I never leased a car, at the recommendation of my brother-in-law*.

I have a friend that lives near Brookville (woman, mid 20s, single) and she is fine in her neighborhood.

The 2% "rule" is fine, but there are some markets where it simply will not be applicable.

Maybe they meditate or pray or spent some quiet time - in a forest, by a lake, or some other place out in nature - trying to find and listen to an inner voice, etc.That's all fine - but don't spend a lot of time on it.
