Would you just try to get them to sign a different lease, add a bunch of addenda or just try to ride it out until the end of the term?

In the first one you just won't know some things, like to purchase cabinets way in advance, or how to schedule your subs, or to know when you're being taken for a ride.  

I've been doing quite a bit of research, but would also really like to learn the ins and outs of tax lien and deed sales without being taken for a ride.

I eventually went the old fashioned route--lying on beds at the furniture store (discount section).

I hardly think it's Harley riding, armed citizen Mike who's afraid of west coast folk regardless of their orientation.

Then I have to pay for all the rides, too.  

Once money is put in a retirement account, it's behind a firewall that lets it grow in a tax-advantaged fashion.

Ironically, most of my hobbies have become an income source in some fashion.

A funny anecdote within the spirit of the popular aphorism, that “less is more”: It might seem counter intuitive as a host that sees a larger number believing it could equal more (income) or as a guest to think (less money per person), but both are likely agree that just because 2 people can fit on a moped, (hell ya) it doesn’t make for a comfortable ride at twice the gas 

Just finding a good bank can be hard after the 2008 housing collapse banks started to behave more in a normal fashion can you afford the house, location etc.
