I won't say much, because you have to explore for yourself but basically they partnered up with citi bank and BOA and your can get sweet terms with them like no money down and interest rate below government's.

At this stage my interest is in the Philadelphia or Baltimore markets but am open to exploring anywhere in the North East with the exception of NYC - the market here is beyond my reach right now.
