Hello, my name is Lisa Malservisi Cornillot and I was introduced to bigger pockets by a friend who is a real estate investor.  I have been a landlord for over six years now and I really like it.  Just over a year ago I bought my first multi family property and I have been doing a lot of learning and I know I still have lots more to do.  I would like to build my portafolio and keep growing.  I joined this site as I want to learn as much as possible by people who have already been there and done it!!  The more you know about the industry, hopefully the less mistakes you will make!!!  I am located in South Florida and my current rental properties are in Broward County. I look forward to being a part of Bigger Pockets Family.

@Manuel Naranjo the multifamily market in south Florida is very pricey and competitive.  Your best bet is to try to find a deal off market.  I picked up a nice duplex in Fort Lauderdale November of 2015 for a great deal off market.
