I think there is a bigger need for the Active Adults 55-75 that are divorced, single or just down-sizing. 

Could anyone recommend an agent who could write an underlying policy with animal coverage (restricted list exclusion ok)I am shopping around.Thanks

These agencies, with few exceptions, are granted broad and exclusive rulemaking and enforcement powers by the licensure statutes. 

Not  much different than a regular lease, just also has the exclusive right (but not obligation) to buy at a certain price for a certain amount of time.  

But...I was then sent an exclusive agreement, good for 1 year from her.

., I agree with Austin that all adults should be on that lease. 

I'm just getting started with the wedding market, those estimates are largely exclusive of weddings and larger events.  

I worked in retail for most of my younger adult life. 

I live and invest in Union City and have had a fair amount of success here, although exclusively with buy-and-hold type investments.

We manage to fill ours with mostly one bedrooms and one two bedroom, we are close to a university but we get mostly working adults, young couples and the occasional divorced parent with part time kids.
