As far as your concerns, there should be a separate bank account for the LLC and for any withdrawal not a specific budget line item (if you're renovating), or not a recurring monthly expense (if you hold and lease out), or  maybe over a certain dollar threshold, checks and withdrawals require both of your signatures.

Eventually 10 years later getting to around a 100 units..I mainly want the s corp for tax benefits because i will be flipping/rehabbing to use the profit to pay for the down payment on conventional business loans.The other problem i thought i would run into without a llc and s corp is trouble getting the means to do a conventional business loan for a property.

My goal has been to get into rental properties, so I was thinking instead of selling it, maybe I should just rent it out and use the equity in the house to buy a smaller one and eventually rent it out as well and repeat.
