We are over a month past our moveout date (I looked into GA law and it states the landlord has one month to return the check) and we have not received any sort of response or a check.At the end of the day, he still owes us over $1,300 regardless of how he handles our dispute to the charges.

Wish I had a better response for you but you might want to reach out the file manager who is handling your permit and ask what's the reason for some of these items, sometimes the counter clerks have a check list and end up sending the applicant ( you) that list without considering what you actually need.

In the past we have preferred smaller companies that are very hands on, that are invested in the same areas and that handle everything from purchase to rehab to sale to management.
