I am reaching out to BP members and am all ears for any tips, tricks, and advice!

I'm currently reading the free guide to start, but If anyone is willing to drop some knowledge on me, im all ears (or eyes).

My understanding to this point is that to find a motivated seller, you basically have to network your butt off to connect with folks that have an ear on the ground. 

@Braden Smith My VA is domestic ..she is actually from Florida (no accent) and I have her set up with ring central so that she has a local area code.She is searching deferent websites looking for for sale by owners that way I guess that is what you would consider off market?

Hi Alexander,Suppose I'll throw my hat in the ring too.

I'm fine with my phone ringing for both, I just would like to separate the voicemail for my customers/friends/family and my tenants calling the GV number to get the GV voicemail.I'm thinking GV just may not have the ability to do this, but I look forward to your response.

@Ivy Wang My team and I have our eyes and ears everywhere that we are buyers. 

The only way to go is to first build a strong team on the ground to be your feet eyes and ears... there are many great markets my final selection went to the area that I could build the best team...so now am happily planted in Ohio and Missouri...
