Account Closed I respect you trying to turn this into an opportunity but I would keep your real estate dreams/goals/aspirations completely separate from your ailing grandmother.It seems like the proceeds of the sale should go to your uncle (owner of the house) or your grandma.

I’m a dreaming that we could swing that?!

I'm Currently in the Process of getting my General Contractors License in California to allow myself another tool in my toolbox to build my real Estate empire (Dream).  

The upside I see is that I could fetch more in rent for a newer unit…but the price of construction and waiting doesn’t seem like a dream either.

I tried on my own, but working a full time job (approx. 60 hrs. a week), it was very difficult getting and staying motivated to pursue this venture that I had been dreaming about for years, no, decades!

ITs hard finding that one lender to just give you a shot at your dream.

Should we focus on buying our dream home instead of looking for our next investment property ?

All of this information helps a lot I do appreciate you guy’s patience planning and lot of education will bring me to my dreams taking all notes thank you guys 💓

Maybe that time I would be able to refi one or two properties to buy my dream home and a sports car.
