@Bryan Tasumi Err...mine do...but I don't invest in Texas and I think you'll have a tough time if you're looking in downtown Austin or University Park in Dallas. 

I'd love to go to the downtown courthouse.

I'm more excited about watching Strawberry Fields develop than I am the Wheeler District because it will be part of the overall redevelopment and expansion of the downtown area from the new convention center complex, park, and Strawberry Fields.

UT is on Kennedy Blvd, east of the campus is downtown, south of campus is Hyde Park(very expensive) and then west and north of the campus is abort Hyde Park which is having sort of a gentrification and that’s another option.

Hi ParkerI believe the Research Triangle would be a good area to invest in.I might also suggest another Greenville, the one in South Carolina.Rapidly growing secondary city midway between Charlotte and Atlanta.Fantastic downtown with major international employers like BMW, Michelin and GE.I have two Raleigh residents investing with me because they feel valuations and profit opportunities are better in Greenville SC.I suggest you google Greenville SC and consider.Arn

For example, I work in only one neighborhood, that is incredibly central to Downtown, which still has prices about half of the surrounding neighborhoods and which are rising rapidly.

I've charged more for my rentals near Ball State than I do downtown, and no ones ever said anything to me about it.Consult a lawyer or property manager regarding parent co-signers. 

The Downtown Detroit market has really taken off with the help of Dan Gilbert and a few others who are revitalizing the urban core.

I also have State farm for my condo in downtown I pay around $450 for the year. 

You can walk to the Palace Theater and the rest of downtown from the property.
