Again...just my thoughts and opinions from what I understand...your best bet would be to just tell your attorney what you want to do and they'll draft up the documents in the way that makes the most legal sense.

I am sure someone will give you cash on cash and return on investment numbers but the only way I could see this as a good investment is if it makes a great STR with higher numbers and you are hedging your bets on inflation.
