@Kevin KimIs there ever a wrong time to start investing in your future by having the right renter (you will check their back grounds thoroughly) help you pay off your mortgage while enjoying all the tax, HELOC and other benefits extended to multi unit dwelling owners?

Any such investing has to be done entirely at arm's length and purely for the benefit of the retirement plan, so you could not use this for your own property or to generate income for yourselves - other than taxable distributions from the IRA after age 59 1/2.There is a lot of good information here on BP about the general concept of these plans.

I know that I am considered a disqualified person as I am a family member with direct lineage.Is it possible for his separate LLC to invest in mine (listing him as a MGR in my LLC - or not), or is it still considered self-dealing or him receiving indirect benefits?

I follow up those visits with emails to the managing broker outlining the benefits of the service and asking for an in-person meeting.Craigslist - I can work with agent in any market, so I've started putting up postings in the "real estate services" ads in other cities (though CL seems pretty hard-nosed about multiple postings!)

Most all professionals agree that there are many benefits to plywood cabinetry, not least because they don't expand or dissolve from moisture as pressed wood cabinets do.I would like to ask our esteemed group of rehabbers, if the money spent on plywood cabinets, though minimal, is necessary if the home will be flipped.
