I would assume there's demand & this is cheap.

Real Estate Prices are low and Rents are solid due to the demand from college students.

I work at a demanding job so I manage it but only when it comes to doing the marketing for vacancies/leases/ and turnover upkeep and it works great for me that way.

The investor just lost his $25,000.The redemption price tag also includes taxes and insurance paid or owed by the current owner.If the borrower makes written demand for redemption, the current owner has 10 calendar days within which to reply in writing with an itemized redemption amount.

Depending on the demand, you might also be looking at a sale price 5-10% below what you list it for (presumably close to the true value).  

I do live in a sellers market though, I was talking to my agent this morning and prices are insane in south florida, there are not enough houses to meet demand, is it still a good idea to invest? 

Although this may show as a lien , it is not a true lien and there is no payoff demand .It is simply a filing that differentiates the solar system from the real property.
