good recommendations on a good property management company

Hello BP! My name is David Zhu and I'm an investor living in Fremont, CA. I am interested in purchasing buy-and-hold residential properties in the Elk Grove area. I am currently using Realty Roundup in Elk Grove to help with my property management. However, after my current PM left, this new PM service level has gone worst. Any BP members, have any good recommendations on a good property management company? And a prefer handyman that does great work? Thanks all, look forward to meetups with fellow BP members up there this year.

Welcome to BP. I'm the founder of a property management company in Sacramento. We manage units in Elk Grove and some units for other BP members as well, so would love to help you out with management or just general advice :).
