Trulia, Realtor.com are other good sites to check but the information will be very similar to what you're already finding.I'd recommend connecting with local investors, agents, wholesalers, etc.

If you're looking for a reputable builder you could simply walk into a new construction house/open-house and ask the agent to connect you with the builder - I'm sure they would love to bring a project to their client (the builder/seller). 

They will charge you $25k to connect you with a CPA who is not a WealthAbility employee, they are contract workers.

As an investor-friendly agent here in Columbus, Ohio, I spend most of my time finding off-market deals and conducting deep dives to cater to my investors.

Maybe checking out local networking events or online forums could help you connect with potential lenders.

Going the agent route could be a smart move, getting you into the community and building those skills and connections.
