Unless you have tremendous experience and a network of wealthy private investors, I do not really see this going anywhere. 

The wealthy don't really die, they live on through their charitable foundations sponsoring non-profits, schools, hospitals, PBS, etc. 

Those who have the resources, the stomach and the juevos will benefit and may become very wealthy. 

I guess being successful and wealthy does come at a price... you won't be able to stroll the hallways naked (although judging by some profiles i've seen, i'm not sure they should be doing that anyways LOL - joking).

If they don't make enough money to pay for employees, software, and some profit on top then it won't be long before they decide to get a job that doesn't involve putting up with your tenants so you can get wealthy while they do all the work and live a mediocre life.I'm building wealth with my PM company, but most of my Landlords are doing better because they hired me instead of the wanna-be down the street that charges 8% but doesn't know what they're doing.

I am not a greedy person and would love to share the wealth I find with anyone who can help me get the ball rolling.

@David Faulkner is on the right track, but at this FMR, I would expect tons of amenities, lots of cultural activities near-by and an ocean view.I see the seller is speculating / fishing just to get out of the property.

We see this on the other side with 315/Olentangy River causing a dramatic culture difference in more suburban living in Grandview vs more walkable and urban short north.

I think there is a culture there that is more geared to an AirBnb mindset (just a hunch). 

Wealth is built over time.
