Hello Everyone,

I am new to the Houston Real Estate Investing community. I am very excited to be here. I have lived in the Houston area all of my life and I know every square inch of this town. I am looking to build my Real Estate Investing Company from the ground up. First I would like to work with some investors to flip properties. I have a great deal of experience in working with rental properties from a childhood as the son of a landlord. My father and I spent many cold winter days re-plubming the rental houses and many hot summer days putting new roofs on them. I am no stranger to the woes of bad tenants. I am a very experienced business person who has worked in the Hotel and Restaurant industry. I build great rapport with people quickly as I have spent the bulk of my career in the people pleasing business.

Currently I am hoping to meet some fellow Houston Real Estate Investors to work with. I have a lot to offer anyone who wants to join me on my quest to conquer the real estate market in Houston.

I look forward to sharing ideas with each and every one of you.

Cheers!
