I'm talking about a normal mortgage path like a bank or mortgage company

I'm concerned about the high prices, unless your company offers a way for me as an individual investor to pool with other investors to earn a decent rate of return.  

I know of a good structural engineering company in Atlanta if you are interested.

The area is traditionally rural, but has brought in two major companies in the last few years and is quickly outgrowing its available rental housing.

I have a SFR there that will close soon and I need to decide whether to find a second company to manage it, or to just use the company i'm using for the townhome.

If you read books and take course to learn how to run a successful remodeling or construction company, they are often the exact opposite principles of what I read in blogs on this site and others about hiring a contractor.  

I know one person who started their own property management company to use for their many rentals.
