Roof was coated, primed and painted aluminum color to restore the look of the metal roof.

She can code as well ;) Can't do the multiple colors with the LEDs in mind, but there will be other lighting in the main areas that we can mess around with, and start creating custom color lighting.

Use light colors to work with what you have!

I was first thinking in tinting them, then change my mind to probably just apply some clear coat varnish that enhances the color and brings some gloss and life into them.

I've also seen many flip investors using the exact same finishes as their competition often resulting in houses with the exact same finishes for several doors around (same bath tile, kitchen tile, paint colors, etc.)I realize a lot of this answer ties back to bottom line, but if you could hire an affordable interior designer/space planner/stager who would advise/consult from the beginning to the end of the project, wouldn't it be worth it to have your property sell fast or even sell BEFORE it finished?

A color change alone would make a huge difference.

Colors usually range between beige, light pink, light yellow, and brown.  

What is unethical is to paint every room a different color, let your dogs pee on all the carpet, and move out leaving filth everywhere-- letting the lender foreclose.

The new buyers wanted to know what the house could look like, with the colors,materials and products they are wanting, so he conposed a virtual tour for them.I don't know what a CAD draftsperson would charge for this, but seems like it would be cheaper than buying and storing furniture in some instances.
