Lights, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, fans, computer, TV, etc, it all becomes heat in the end, Even the end product of your A/C unit is heat, it's just getting blown outside.That being said, no matter what you're using for heat, be it a fancy Eden Pure, 20 dollar milkhouse heater from Walmart, 240 volt baseboards or fifteen 100 watt light bulbs, the above formula applies.It's real straightforward and anyone trying to tell you different is probably trying to sell you something. 

This is a little off topic but do you answer all incoming calls or do you let them go to the answering machine (or equivalent)?

A real estate license may be a huge asset to you but in the hypothetical world where I had a time machine and could roll the clock back to age 18 I would get a job working in the trades rather than in retail and I would study finance rather than sociology.  

Maybe we can get together for a cup of coffee sometime.   

lolI am not a big coffee drinker so I enjoy a good shower in the morning to wake up.Low flow shower head they might just rip It off and put regular back on again.
