Do you also work work with clients in the Georgia area?

I have not been but I have one client that went and he liked it..  

They felt I was not a big enough client to waste their time with.

I feel that these guys are falling behind because they are underbudgetting and do not have the accounting to support them to realize that they are not making money. 

PMs have a very difficult job and I'm of the belief that a 10% fee doesn't support the model for "great" property management. 

Thankfully, I had this past year to get my feet wet doing the remote landlord thing from across the country - now I get to figure it out from the other side of the world 😅 Totally appreciate all the info sharing and support!!
