You can cancel when you've made your decision, which, all things considered, is a very important one - ie don't skimp up front.You can use the low end of the averages if you want to be conservative.

That way you can make educated decisions based on your numbers.

I was just stuck in between making a decision because of the hit to income or if I should try a different type of lending to finance the property 

You will normally pay a minimal amount like $50 or $100 to process the loan.2) The interest rate is low and you are paying it to your own retirement account.3) It can allow you to get into real estate investment faster4) If you leave your employer or get fired, recent tax law changes have made it so that you have additional time to pay back the retirement fund.Just an FYI - I personally took a 401K loan to get my first investment 4 years ago.I eventually left the employer and decided to take the hit and pay the taxes on the 401k distribution.Best decision of my life.Best of luck!

I wouldn’t recommend making an investment decision based on what Suzy says over the phone, while she’s posting selfies on Instagram, nor what Airbnb says. 

At the end of the day, it is your own decision on what risk you want to assume and that will keep you sleep at night.

Some people were bailed out of bad decisions by this rising market, but those are outliers.

Great asset to keep with around 6.5% ROI.However, recently due to EXPO and other reasons the same property have appreciate in value by more than 24% which is great and I am currently thinking of selling and reinvest again later when the market goes down (after expo) or perhaps go bigger with multiple doors strategy.I am not sure if this is the right decision to make?
