If you do want to transfer the title, you have to be mindful of your lender and willingess to cooperate, be prepared to pay transfer taxes based on the assessed value and other deed preparation & recording fees.Assuming liability protection is the primary reason, what events have recently transpired that have you concerned? 

I checked online and I did not find any standards/rules.The lady in the unit 2 facing the construction is working in the office most of the week and she pays a rent of $ 2750 per month;  we agree for a $ 300 rebate when we signed the lease few months ago.

Paying cash protects you from yourself if you have that much capital.

Then you pay back your personal loan with the cash you got from the conventional loan.

If I buy a place on seller finance and it needs rehab, where do I get the money for that rehab and how do I pay it back?
