Yeah, it's possible they submit a fake ID, but I view that as unlikely.Today I got a request on VRBO from a guest who wanted to book several days in April but wanted to pay by company check or certified check, since supposedly his company was covering the vacation.

I would either send certified mail or heavily document for the proof you sent it.Just as a side - I wouldn't use a lease that says they are responsible until someone else moves in, just a lease break fee of 1 or 2 months and move on from them.

That being said, I don't see the same extremes in the market place today, but there are some commonalities in specific market places.What I learned from the crash - When everyone is investing in one market, sell don't buy.

However, hearing the podcast with Craig, a worker from BP, he said we can use the marketplace to find more lenders and agents. it was also told that it is better to find a good number of lenders and try to find one that you have the best relationship with.
