You might be able to direct some water away with an exterior drain tileDrain Tile InstallIf your property is lower than the others (which is probably the reason why your sump pump runs all the time), an exterior pump may be needed to divert water uphill or away.

One Subway tile costs about 15 cents. 8 tiles fit in 1 square foot, and the average litchen has about 50 to 70 square foot not counting the cabinet space.You can esaily calculate this. right?
