Let the fun begin.

Again, I'm sure I've left money on the table by being lazy, but it's been pretty fun to watch the portfolio grow little by little.I love talking about this stuff (especially seeing a young guy trying to put himself into a better position). 

Golf courses seem like a sexy, fun, and exciting business.

Dogs can be fun but they do get old and ugly.

The last thing is to create a roadmap how to get there - fast and with fun!

The deck will make a fun project later after you've done some of the other work.

I love the property, never want to sell, and just want to have some fun with the land and get a tax decrease while I'm at it! 

Its not fun, but we pull them up with pliers and put a flat head screw driver under them to push them up a little if we can not grab them with the pliers.
