Anyone Know an Urban Farm (Ag exemption) Specialist?

BP team!! I live in Hilliard and own 4 buildings in the OSU area. If you own property in Columbus you know how bad we all just got hit with the property tax increase.

I'm currently sitting on 11 acres smack in the middle of Hilliard and want to convert it to an Urban Farm. I love the property, never want to sell, and just want to have some fun with the land and get a tax decrease while I'm at it!

Does anyone know of a good person to talk to who specializes in getting property ag exempt? It seems like a grey area on all the Ohio.gov sites with little to no details on how to actually go about turning the property into ag use for taxes.

All help is appreciated!

Also, we're looking to grow fruit trees and harvest honey through 6-7 hives

any urban farmers out there!?
