@Tanner EnderleThis was off of the 10 and university by the university of phoenix building/airport area 👍 one of my realtors agents on his team was selling it so he called me up for the pocket listing.

I also use it as a way to remind my tenants to change their air filters every month to keep their electric bill low 😉 by commenting on their transfer.

And if we leave that we might as well leave the air conditioned shed.The zoning works for what we want to accomplish, supposedly it's the meter that's the issue right now.

sell: keep most of the money and sub-lease to Air b and b: it will be a lot cheaper and you can do very well from a cash flow perspective.

I'm really curious if the area of Boca/Palm/Jupiter is preferential to Cocoa/Melbourne/Satelite, or if we should look further north to Jacksonville Beach where another major airport is nearby?
