It is right next to the Lemoore Naval Air Station.

I'm retiring from the Air Force in June, and will be moving to Oahu, HI.

Maybe a whole bunch of electric space heaters that blow hot, dry air out...not the radiant oil style.To be safe, you'll likely want to call in a professional remediation service.  

I was stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB for a few years, retired from the Air Force and decided to stick around the area.  

What price range are looking in. you should look on Air B and B for rents in San Diego.

I am going to have vacancy coming up in a 3bed 2bath, 1550 sqft home in Burlington near the air port.

I do have solid construction background, the only things I do not do are major electric and  heating and air. 

@Jeff RabinowitzI just returned home from putting 1" of R7 rigid insulation (polyisocyanurate) along with two new 93 x 63 triple glazed windows (U-value 1.15, SHGC 0.45, ER 39) - everything taped and air sealed.  

During construction I actually put bedrooms on Air BNB for really cheap and the people who stayed loved it (like $50/night with a blow up mattress) - I wanted to get my reviews up to get on the search que.
