New Member from Texas,Washington moving to Oahu.

Hi all,

I'm John. I'm retiring from the Air Force in June, and will be moving to Oahu, HI. Closing on our new house in Mililani in December.. 

We rehabbed our current house and will be wanting to reinvest the equity (around 200k) when we get to Oahu. 

I work from home (side business) and will have a ton of time on my hands. 

Looking to network with others, find some rehabs or rentals on Oahu or in Austin.
